Refund policy

Due to the nature of handmade garments, made-to-order, and/or custom orders, all sales are final.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or received an item by mistake we will be happy to issue an exchange return! We happily accept exchanges if it has been within 10 days of receiving your item. Please contact svarini.shop@gmail.com or send a DM to @svarini.shop on Instagram. (Svarini is not responsible for return shipping costs unless you received a faulty item).

Svarini is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping provider and open a claim.
We will do our best to assist you, but please note -- once a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts.
